At Spazio Maiocchi during Milan Design Week 2023, Form Portfolios and Ilkka Suppanen revived the radical spirit of the 1997 design collective Snowcrash. The exhibition reintroduced a limited edition of the iconic Airbag Chair—a contemporary fusion of high-tech aesthetics and the new durable Haku by Kvadrat textile. Originally known for challenging the conventions of Scandinavian design, Snowcrash and Ilkka Suppanen envisioned a futuristic, nomadic lifestyle that still feels relevant and future-directed.
